Pablo German
(President)		 Pablo is the cheerful leader of Varsity Toastmasters. As president he co-ordinates the activities of the other officers and communicates with Area and District governors. Vivien is the vice-president of education within the club. Her duties include making plans and scheduling each meeting, keeping record of members' progress and organizing educationals.

Shwetha Shankar
(VP Membership)		 Shwetha is the vice-president of membership and as such is the first point of contact for our new members. She plans and co-ordinates member recruitment. As vice-president of public relations, Rob publishes information about the club and is our "friendly face" in advertising the club.

(Treasurer)		 Theresa is the club treasurer. Her duties extend to maintaining the finances of the club and preparing reports for Toastmasters International. Nandita is the club secretary. Her duties extend to maintaining records of the club and preparing reports for Toastmasters International.

Sam Morgan
(Sergeant at arms)		 Sam is the Sergeant-at-arms. He helps coordinate meeting room setup and assists the greeter to welcome guests and introduce them to other the club members. Sajeewa is our webmaster. He is responsible for maintaining the club website and the mailling lists.

(Immediate Past President)		 Hari is our outgoing president, He shares his experience as the previous president and acts as an advisor for the club's executive.
